View Other user BIP Scheduled (Not ESS) report

Hello,

A BIP Report is scheduled by selecting 'Schedule" option directly in BI Publisher page using a service account(SA1).

Note: This BIP report is NOT scheduled from ESS Scheduler Job

By default scope is private for this scheduled report job, so selected 'Make output public' option under Output tab so that scope become public.

Now, By default other user can not see this scheduled report under 'Report jobs' section in BI Publisher page.

How other user/service account can see this scheduled report scheduled by SA1 without giving "BI Administrator" Role?

Given 'BI Author Role' to other user but no success.
