Business Title is not defaulting from Job Title after 26A

Hi Team,

After 26A, we are having an issue with Business Title which is not defaulting from Job Title even though Profile option "ORA_PER_EMPL_DEFAULT_BUSINESS_TITLE_FROM (Business Title Defaulting Option)" is set to "Automatically update Based on Job Change".

Please find below for references.

Can anybody help us to understand why this is happening and how can we fix this?
