Thank you to everyone who attended the May edition of the Oracle Recruiting Knowledge Exchange! We talked about Oracle Certifications, in particular, the Recruiting Certification. Cheryl touched on what to look for before beginning the coursework and some of the pro tips to guide your studying.

We shared the results of our 2026 Oracle Recruiting Survey with some interesting results in the maturation of the Oracle Recruiting Community. Roughly 85% of the respondents have been live on OR for more than 12 months. Change management and training continue to be key themes again. Recruiting Booster adoption has grown significantly from 2024. Sixty percent indicated they are not actively using OR AI features at this time and no one is using external AI solutions or 3rd party solutions.
