Onboarding notification for LOA associate
We had an issue where the AOR received an onboarding notification in their home email (see screenshot) from a new hire associate but upon checking the AOR is already in LOA or Leave of absence, is this an expected behavior? we expected that all onboarding notifications must be received to Work emails not home emails. How do the system consider an LOA employee in this scenario?
