Cannot apply an A/P Prepayment transaction with WHT to the Standard Invoice without WHT

Getting an error while applying an A/P Prepayment transaction with Withholding Tax to the Standard A/P transaction where we have cancelled WHT.

We have added the WHT on the A/P Prepayment transaction i.e. on advance payment. Later we created a standard A/P Invoice with different section of
WHT. Now we have cancelled WHT from the standard A/P Invoice and trying to apply the prepayment, however facing an error 'The tax couldn't be calculated. You can't apply the prepayment invoice as the withholding tax classification code on the prepayment invoice and the standard invoice don't match.'
