Dependent Lookup Values in EDM

The requirement at our client is to create dependent lookup sets. For example (not the actual scenario): Depending upon what we select in the COUNTRY field, in the STATE/PROVINCE field only the States/ Provinces of the selected Country should be visible. In turn, depending upon the selection for the STATE/PROVINCE field, only the applicable values should be selectable in the CITY field. Request any pointers for achieving this requirement in EDM in any way at all.
