In Redwood terminate employee is it possible to add one-time elements to transaction workflow?

Summary:

Is it possible to add Compensation/element entries as part of the terminate employee transaction (My Client groups > Terminate employment). I tried to do in VB studio, but not even seeing the option to unhide. Looking to include separation payments in the termination transaction so that they go for approvals. Any suggestions?
