Refer Employee job role in PO Approval condition

Summary:

We have different type of buyer in our application. (Purchasing Buyer and Pharmacy buyer). Custom role created and assigned to user to identify the type of buyer. Now approval amount limit also changes based on buyer Type. Purchasing Buyer 50K and Pharmacy buyer 100K. Can we refer custome role associated with user while writing condition in the PO approval WF.
