Deleted lines from an unprocessed expenditure batch reappear and post in the subsequent period

We are experiencing a strange issue with expenditure batch processing in Oracle Cloud Project Management.

An unprocessed expenditure batch had lines deleted during the May 2026 period.

However, those exact same deleted lines unexpectedly reappeared and successfully posted in the following Jun 2026 period. We need to understand how deleted lines from an unsubmitted/unprocessed batch can become active again and post in a subsequent month.
