Business Problem

Currently, work order (WO) durations in Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) are not updated automatically when a technician exceeds the estimated time.

This creates several issues:

  • The system cannot detect real delays in real time
  • Dispatchers rely on inaccurate schedules

  • Manual intervention is required by technicians
