Is there a frequency to automatically purge the interface for unprocessed or failed records
Summary:
When multiple users are running FBDI file uploads for item creation and they use a certain batch id for the upload file want to make sure that the interface is purged before they start with new files so as to avoid accidently processing duplicate data. So I want to ask the below ques on the interface records we load via FBDI files:
- Is there a set frequency to automatically purge the interface for unprocessed or failed records? Or is it triggered automatically at some point?
- Is there a program we use to purge the interface? And can we run it to purge a specific 'Batch Id'?
