PER-1530408 Start date conflict date of birth

Hello everyone,

I have a question and would like to know whether anyone else has experienced this issue.
I believe there may be a bug in Oracle related to the Start Date.

In Person Management, the Start Date is displayed correctly (for example, 04-Apr-2026). However, when I navigate to Person Spotlight present in REDWOOD, a different date is shown: 01-Jan-1951, which appears to be Oracle's default earliest date. The same date is also stored in the backend table PER_ALL_ASSIGNMENTS_M.

The issue occurs when converting a Pending Worker to an Employee. Since Oracle recently made Date of Birth a mandatory field during the conversion process, if I enter a date of birth later than 1951, the following error is generated:
