Oracle fusion hcm job / Position Profiles needs to be viewed and signed by employees

We have a requirement from business where we Business want the Job Description updated in profile needs to be viewed and signed by employee.

Tried to achieve this by Journey but the challenge is content from the profile table is not appearing properly ( AS the table has Html tags ) . Needs to remove the HTML tags and get the data in proper way and align in report to view and get it signed.

Can any one guide how to achieve this?

Journey —> document is not properly aligned as its single column data .
