Is there any way to transact user defined Reserved Items on Sub inventory transfer transaction

Summary:

There is requirement, where 3rd Party Application will reserve item in Oracle Fusion for a Material request. When Material request is transacted in 3rd party application, reserved item in fusion should be transacted on Sub inventory transfer.

Movement request in Fusion is not recommended as user do not have any access in fusion to do any Pick confirm.
