Notify Project Admin when Project manager is terminated

Hi

I have received a request from Project Administration if it is possible to create an alert to notify the registered Project Admin if the currently active Project manager is terminated in HCM.

This could be done in EBS Alerts, but I am new to Alerts composer so not sure if it can be accomplished via this tool, or if it is strictly an HCM tool.

To get the data need for the alert I would have to include data from project parties and project roles etc.

So is alerts composer a feasible way or is it an OTBI bursting report instead?
