Document Records are not showing the report we attached to it from OTBI Path after submitting.

Summary:

We have OTBI Report created for Employment Certificate which is linked with Document of records. But when Employee or Admin is submitting through Redwood layout, the attachment doesn't appear. But when submitting it through person management classic layout everything works fine.

How can I resolve this issue?
