Eloqua Profiler in Salesforce Not Staying Signed In

ELQ admins and/or SF Admins: I have an issue where 1 person that uses Salesforce has to log into the Eloqua Profiler on a daily basis - nobody else has to, just her. She's on Chrome, which is up to date, she uses the SSO log in like everybody else. It's very odd.
Our SF team says they've done all they can do and I'm at a loss as to what I can do, if anything. Any advice?
