Missing values from Redwood Transfer Order Requisition filter LOV

The Requisition filter LOV from the Redwood Transfer Order screen do not show all availables values. It seem to returns only requisitions that I entered in RSSP.

See from the screen shot below that requisition 1000018, 1000006 and 1000015 are valid values but the filter is limited to values 1000016, 1000018 and 1000136.

Is there a way to get all available requisitions assigned to transfer order in the Requisition LOV and not only the ones that I entered?

Usually the user looking at that screen to manage transfer order will not be the one entering requisition.
