How to hide fields in the manage order screen in purchase order in Classic UI

Hi Team,
As per the business requirement, we want to hide Source Agreement and Requisition fields in the manage order window in the Purchase Order screen (Classic UI). When we tried using the sandbox option, the edit option is greyed out. I have all the required access and was able to hide the fields once we open the POs but not in the manage order screen.
