Unable to default "Duration" field on "Request Interview to be Scheduled" action per 26A release

Customer has been live for several years with ORC. We are in a lower environment implementing new ORC features from 25A-26A for a customer. Customer has a request to default the "Duration" field to 30 minutes on the "Request Interview to be Scheduled" action. Once published, users are not able to see the Duration field populated with 30 minutes. It is blank, as if we made no changes. We have also tested in another dev pod and it is not working. Multiple users with VB Studio access have tried unsuccessfully in both pods.
