Item Not Appearing in Self Service Procurement Search When Price Is NULL

Summary:

Hello Oracle Team,

Please advise if there is an option to display an item in Self-Service Requisitioning search results when the price is NULL at the item level and the item is not active at the BPA level.

Currently, the item does not appear in search results even though it is Active, assigned to the appropriate Inventory Organization, and marked as Purchasable. It only appears when a valid price exists either at the BPA or item level.

Could you please confirm if this is expected behavior or if there is any configuration available to allow such items to be displayed regardless of price setup ?
