Fetch approver comments from the Transaction Console for job requisition approval/rejection reportin

Summary:

Need to retrieve the comments entered by the approver during the approval or rejection of a job requisition in the Transaction Console for reporting purposes.

We are unable to retrieve the approval/rejection comments entered by approvers in the workflow chain for transactions that have already been archived. Currently, we are using the transaction model table to fetch archived transaction details; however, it does not contain comment information. Additionally, joining it with FA_FUSION_SOAINFRA.WFCOMMENTS using the TASKID column does not return any results.

For reporting purposes, we need to capture the comments entered by approvers at any level during the approval or rejection process.
