Oracle FCCS - Alternate Hierarchy Question

Hi All,

I’m working in FCCS and running into an issue with shared entities in the Entity dimension.

Current setup:
I have a primary hierarchy (Assume XYZ) under FCCS_Total Geography. I also created shared hierarchies for reporting purposes, where A, B, and C are shared entities from the primary hirearchy.

• Alt Hirearchy 1 - A+B
• Alt Hirearchy 2 - A+B+C
• Alt Hirearchy 3 - C
  

The client wants these alternate hirearchies to display consolidated balance in the following manner without sharing the primary hirearchy under the alternate hirearchies.

• Alt Hirearchy 1 - XYZ - (A+B)
• Alt Hirearchy 1 - XYZ - (A+B+C)
