OTBI Report Issue - "Compensation - Workforce Compensation Real Time"

I am currently building a report using the “Workforce Compensation – Real Time” subject area in OTBI. My objective is to retrieve basic employee details along with their associated compensation plan information.

However, I am encountering an issue:

  • When I include the Compensation Plan Name column in the report, the query returns no data.
  • If I exclude this column, employee data is retrieved successfully.
  • I have verified that the employees do have assigned compensation plans.

Could you please assist with the following:

  1. What could be causing the report to return no data when the Compensation Plan Name column is included?
  2. Are there any specific joins, filters, or configuration requirements within this subject area to correctly fetch compensation plan details?
