OTBI Report Issue - "Compensation - Workforce Compensation Real Time"
I am currently building a report using the “Workforce Compensation – Real Time” subject area in OTBI. My objective is to retrieve basic employee details along with their associated compensation plan information.
However, I am encountering an issue:
- When I include the Compensation Plan Name column in the report, the query returns no data.
- If I exclude this column, employee data is retrieved successfully.
- I have verified that the employees do have assigned compensation plans.
Could you please assist with the following:
- What could be causing the report to return no data when the Compensation Plan Name column is included?
- Are there any specific joins, filters, or configuration requirements within this subject area to correctly fetch compensation plan details?
