Setup Journal Auto-approval for users with specific roles

Summary: We are setting up journal approvals using spreadsheet. One of the conditions is that for users with specific role(say role name = Accounting specialist), it has to be auto approved. So far, we have used auto-approval for specific users (auto-approval if journal created by user A or user B). Is there a way to achieve this using spreadsheet?
