OH City Tax Not Appearing in Tax Deduction Section Under SOE – Oracle HCM Payroll

Hi All,

I am currently facing an issue in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll (US Localization) where the Ohio (OH) City Tax deduction is not appearing under the Tax Deduction section of Statement of Earning (SOE) after payroll processing.

Issue Details:

  • Employee is assigned to Ohio location
  • State tax (OH) is working as expected
  • However, City Tax is not getting triggered/displayed

Assistance Needed:

Could someone please help with:

  • Required setup/configuration steps to enable OH city tax

Any guidance or reference material would be greatly appreciated.
