Redwood HR Help Desk – Auto Assign Action Plans Based on Request Category
Hi Experts,
Would like to know if it is possible to automatically assign an Action Plan when an employee creates an HR Help Desk request and selects a specific category.
And also I couldn't find an Action Plan attribute available on the HR Help Desk request page.
Has anyone implemented a similar requirement in Redwood HR Help Desk? Is there a delivered way to associate Action Plans with request categories, or is a custom solution required?
Any guidance, documentation references, or implementation examples would be greatly appreciated.
