Employee Password Reset Error

Hi Team,

We are encountering the below error when employees attempt to reset their passwords. Has anyone seen this issue before or provide any insights into its root cause? This is the first time we have come across this error.

Error- You cannon change your password because it is not expired or an administrator did not make a request to change it.
