Review Date Field Showing Different Values for Different Users in Assignment Details

We are experiencing an issue in change assignment page where the Review Date field on the assignment details page is displaying two different dates for the same employee.

The Review Date filed was updated by the supervisor to 3/31/2027 from 3/31/26, and it displays correctly for them. However, when a different admin views it is still showing as 3/31/26. The report also is not reflecting the new date.

We are trying to understand why the same field is showing different dates for different users. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
