How to expose a custom Workflow Agent to employees via AI Agents and Applications screen?

Hi Community,

We have built a custom Workflow Agent in AI Agent Studio for a self-service Gift and Invitation entry process. The agent uses a Business Object Tool (Document Records) to create DOR entries via REST API. The agent is Published and Security is set to "For all employees".

Our setup:

• Agent Type: Workflow Agent
• Agent Team: Created and Published
• "Expose to Agentic Apps" toggle: Enabled
• Security > For all employees: Enabled

Problem:
The agent does not appear in the employee-facing "AI Agents and Applications" screen (Me > AI Agents). We also tried creating a New Application under the App section in AI Agent Studio, but the Update button does not trigger any action and the agent cannot be linked.
