PAR Requisition not created at status Incomplete

Summary:

For Min Max planning replenishment process we have the "INV_MINMAX_REORDER_APPROVED" inventory profile option allowing us to set the status of the purchase requisition to "Incomplete" but PAR replenishment is not looking at that profile option and requisition auto-approved and I hav'nt found the equivalent profile option for PAR replenishment order.

Our business process is to always validate requisition before to submit to buyers.
Is there a way to create PAR replenishment purchase requisition at status "Incomplete"?
