can we move/customize the Single Sign On button after IAM Upgrade for Oracle Fusion Apps?

Summary:

We use local login for service accounts and Single Sign On for employees. After the IAM upgrade, the SSO button is at the bottom of the page which confuses people. It used to be at the top. Is it possible we can get this moved so the Single Sign On button is moved to the top of the page? Can we customize the look as well, making it bigger or adding details to draw attention to it? People can accidentally lock themselves out of their accounts because they are confused and don't initially
