Assign a project to multiple programs

Summary

I did demonstrate the Program feature during a CRP session and the system did throw an error message when I attempted to assign a project to multiple programmes. I have tested just now in an instance which we configured for UAT and this time no errors were returned. This is the Oracle documentation screen shot and it appears to behave contrary to what has been documented too. This will create problems in program reporting as the same project is being reported in several programs. If this was a change in functionality then how do we stop a project being assigned
