How to import Locations in bulk using HDL by specifying the language

I'm using HDL to bulk import Location data. I want to register the same LocationCode but different LocationNames for both Japanese and English.The following is an example of registering the same LocationName for both Japanese and English.Please tell me how to write the code when registering different LocationNames for each language.
