Learning Assignment Profile — Worker Assignment Filtered List, how to create and use criteria
In Learning Assignment Profiles (Redwood), when I select "Worker assignment filtered list" under Add by Criteria, the LOV shows "No matches found."
Questions:
- Where do you create a Worker Assignment Filtered List/ Learning Assignment Filtered List?
- Can you filter by Position, Job, Hire Date, or Person Type (New Hire/Rehire)?
- For a "complete within 30 days of hire" rule — is this the right approach or handled via Due Date Rule only?
- Does the list appear in the LOV automatically after creation or does an ESS job need to run?
In short customer requirement is "Ability to define specific employee attributes/criteria for Compliance training; e.g. rehires and new hires; must be completed within 30 days of hire. "
