Issue Summary

We have a subscription that was originally created through the standard CPQ → Order Management (OM) → Oracle Subscription Management (OSS) flow.

A new Party Site covered level was subsequently added to the subscription. During the renewal process, the renewal quote is successfully generated in CPQ; however, the quote is not progressing to Order Management.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a subscription through CPQ and submit it through OM into OSS.
  2. Add a new Party Site covered level to the active subscription.
  3. Run the Subscription Renewal ESS job.
  4. Verify that a renewal quote is generated in CPQ.
  5. Observe that the renewal quote does not flow to Order Management.
