How to remove Record and Request Learning Redwood Experience

Hi all,

we want to remove the Record External Learning and Request Noncatalog Learning from My Client Groups > Learning & Development > Learning Assignments.

How is that possible? I couldn't find a way to remove these actions via Visual Builder.
