Our customer is having different applications of ORC, but would like to have one career site

Summary:

Our customer has different instances/applications based on the employee type (contingent worker and Employee), but they would like to use one common career site for both the applications. Is it possible, as I couldnt find any options to add the existing link on the new career site page.
