Enabling USD reporting in ARCS, along with current local currency setup

We are currently working on a change to the reconciliation process and would like to move toward seeing reconciliations in USD.

Our requirement is to have both Local and USD currencies available in ARCS. Currently, we only have the Local currency field; however, we want to add USD as the primary source for all activities. While USD will be the primary focus, we would like the Local currency to remain an option for preparers or reviewers to reference within the reconciliation.

Additionally, since all thresholds will be set based on USD, we need the figures to flow into ARCS in USD. Could you please assist us with this configuration in test system?
