Any ideas why a previously working OTBI report would now be showing this error?

Summary:

I have a report that is supposed to return the start date and expiration date of a validity period that was previously working. However upon logging in, the report returns this error. I have also tried rebuilding the report and the expiration date no longer returns any data. There is also a quirk where Not started courses return the correct expiry date, but completed courses with a validity start date do not.

I am very new to OTBI reporting so I may be missing something obvious
