You cannot change your password because it is not expired or an administrator did not make a request
Since today, we've received two reports with this message that the user needs to change their password, but when doing so, it displays: "You cannot change your password because it is not expired or an administrator did not make a request to change it." Forcing a password reset works, but the password change works. We'd like to know if there have been any changes on the Oracle side since today and if we need to plan a mass password reset.
