How to check for supplier eligibilty while creating a sourcing event in oracle redwood?

Summary: Earlier, with some configurations, we were able to see the supplier eligibility on the " Add Supplier" page in the dropdown while adding the supplier.

Earlier, with some configurations, we were able to see the supplier eligibility on the " Add Supplier" page in the dropdown while adding the supplier.

We have made sure to check for the profile options, those are as they should be, what can we do to show if the supplier is Sourcing eligible or not while adding them to a sourcing event, in redwood.
