Unable to Access Learning Courses in Preferred Language Other Than English

Hello,

We are facing an issue in Oracle Fusion HCM Learning where users are unable to access or view course content in languages other than English.

Issue Details:

  • The courses have translations enabled and are available in multiple languages.
  • However, when employees log in with a preferred language other than English, the course either opens only in English or does not allow access in the translated language.
  • Specifically, when employees access the course in Dutch or German language, the system displays the message:
    “No Active Offering”
  • However, the same course can be successfully accessed when the employee changes the language preference back to English.
