Language Translations for an Event Not Working

The 26B release presented a feature Manage Translations and Duplicate Event that states we can directly translate learning events and activities from the event details page. However, it doesn't seem to be working- is anyone else having an issue with this or could give me suggestions on how to fix it?

My Client Groups > Learning & Development > Learning Assignment Profiles > click on the event you want to translate > click the 3 dot ellipse in the top right hand corner > Translate Event

Translation Editor page pops open > select the language you want to translate the event to > click Edit > click Update
