Hello Experts,

In 26B, Oracle introduced improved HDL support for historical activity and assignment completions by allowing Activity number to be used for recording completions for self-paced learning and events.

When I am providing the completion date / activity attempt date in the HDL, the same completion date as provided in the HDL appears as 'Completion Date' on the Enrollment Details page, however the 'Activities' tab shows the date and time in EDT (this changes the completion date to completion date provided in HDL file - 1 day as EDT time is currently 4 hours behind UTC time. So, the system is recording completion as of UTC time and displaying it on the 'Activities' tab as per the preferred time zone setting of the Learning Admin who is viewing the
