Multi Level Select field as mandatory on User Defined Form v7.5?

Hello all-

Does anyone know if it's possible to make all 3 selections in a multi-level select field mandatory on a user defined form?

Our Second Round application workflow uses a form that is designed to capture candidate data to be delivered to our background check vendor via TCC export.  The form includes a 'multi level select' field called 'Other Institution Location'.  The candiate first selects his country and based on the country selection, the candidate is presented with a list of states/provinces to choose from.  Depending on his state/province, the candidate is presented with a selection of nearest metropolitan areas.
