Add more options to Redwood Employment Contract dropdown search results

Summary:

I thought I saw this somewhere but can't get my hands on it now….is it possible to add more fields to the search results dropdown for pages? In this case, the business is asking specifically for the Employment Contracts, but I'm curious if it is possible anywhere. For example, they'd like to see Assignment Status in the below:

My workaround to them is to put the name in and press enter to search but if someone has multiple assignments and you don't do it super quick, it will select the first one in the list and go to that record instead of producing the results in the list below where I
