Logo display on Career Site using media and assets

Summary: Looking for some advice on using the Media section to add an organisation logo which I have seen working for a different client (they would host on an external content site and their logo used in Media section of Job Formatting via a URL displays really well on the Job Details Page in career section.

This current client does not have access to a content site and therefore, I am exploring the Career Section Asset Library which provides a URL which I can then upload in the Media section of the requisition form. However, when the job ad is viewed, the logo is enormous, occupying the entire Media section online even though the logo is 100x100 px.
