Learning Catalog Search Filters Persisting when navigating between Tabs

We have observed a behavior in Learning where search filters applied in the Learning Catalog continue to persist even after the learner navigates away to another tab and later returns to the learning catalog
Scenario:
- Learner navigates to the learning catalog
- Learner searches for a specific course or applies search filters.
- Learner navigates to a different tab/page with Oracle.
- Learner returns to the Learning Catalog
Current Behavior:
The previously applied search criteria and filters remain active, and the learner continues to see filtered results.
Expected Behavior:
We would like learners to start with a fresh Learning Catalog experience each time they land on the Learning Catalog page, with no previously applied search terms or filters retained. This would allow learners to browse all available learning content without needing to manually clear filters from a prior search.
