Eloqua internal redirect URL issue... reports/statistics

Hi everyone,

Maybe someone from the community can help me understand an issue with internal Eloqua tracking/redirect links I see in my reports?

In my email reports, alongside the correct destination URLs, I keep seeing internal Eloqua tracking links such as:

https://app.members.[my domain]/es/...

I understand that when using elqTrack=true, links are internally redirected through Eloqua tracking URLs first. However, I cannot understand why some clicks are being reported only as internal Eloqua redirect links instead of the actual destination URLs?

What makes it even stranger is that this happens even for the same contact. I can see the person clicking multiple links correctly, and then suddenly some clicks appear in reports only as:
